My style is compassionate, heart centered and non judgmental. I specialize in relationship issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, spiritual growth and Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). I use Imago and EFT Therapy in my couples work and a deep intuitive sense to identify underlying issues and guide you towards healing what may be keeping you stuck. I work with individuals and couples.

I have an MA in Counseling Psychology and an MA in Spiritual Psychology (University of Santa Monica). I have a coaching degree through The Coaches Training Institute’s Co-Active program. I am a certified Imago Therapist and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Training for couples (EFT). This training allows us to look at what may be happening on a deeper level, what soul lessons we may be here to learn, and how we repeat patterns until we become aware and choose differently.

In 2017 I became passionate about legalizing psychedelics to treat depression, PTSD, and anxiety after taking an Introduction to Psychedelics 101/102 course for clinicians. I completed my MDMA-assisted psychotherapy training through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). I currently offer Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to help clients gain deeper meaning and integrate experiences they have through their doctor prescribed ketamine treatment.
