Do you dream about a life where you are more at ease, able to accept what life brings you and more capable of living fully? Do you hope to be free from your symptoms or at least more confident in your ability to manage the waves of challenges you face day to day, year to year?  Can you even imagine what that life might look like? Many of us are weighed down by so many burdens; physical health conditions, family stress, feelings of unhappiness, boredom, loneliness and numerous other symptoms of (dis) ease that the idea of living fully, working towards ones dreams (if we even are trusting ourselves enough to have a dream...) is not even in our thoughts.  My desire is to help YOU begin to be able to realize that it is possible..

A few years ago, as a part of my personal journey of healing, I was introduced to Psychedelics for use with therapy. From that moment on I have been on a dedicated path; learning how to incorporate Psychedelics into therapy, to assist my clients to connect on an even deeper level with one’s inner wisdom. In 2021 I completed the MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy training through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). With these learnings, I am now offering KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) as well as general Psychedelic Integration work. I believe my training in IFS & SE has primed me for deeper healing work with my clients and am now very excited to add KAP to my toolbox.
