My 25 plus years working in both mental health, substance abuse and in culturally diverse environments has contributed to an eclectic approach towards assisting individuals in achieving their most important goals. As a trauma specialist and energy coach I use strength-based methods in working with individuals recovering from traumatic stress, dissociative disorders, phobias, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, anger management. and bereavement counseling. Our sessions may include the use of different energetic modalities including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy) and an innovative psychosensory  technique called Havening for gentle effective relief for traumas, anxiety and phobias. As a trained art therapist I have experience with individual  and group art therapy as well as in group mural and mask making projects. I am also a trained shamanic practitioner.

I currently partner with Hudson Valley HorsePlay (Kerhonkson), providing on-the-ground interactions with horses for experiential learning, psychotherapy and personal growth.
